To become a member of the Credit Union,
complete an “Application for Membership” car,
sign the front, and if the spouse is to be co-owner of the
account (with the right of survivorship), your spouse must
sign the reverse side and include social security number
and photocopied ID.
You may establish a joint account which
allows the survivor of the account immediate access of the
funds on deposit in the Credit Union or a single account
where funds can only be released to surviving members of
a family when proper legal authorization is received by
the Credit Union. Also IRA (Individual Retirement Accounts)
and trustee accounts may be established.
A membership fee of $1.00 is charged upon
joining. The value of one share is $5.00. Presently a member
must pay a minimum of $6.00 to become a member of the Credit
Union. |
