As a homeowner these are the steps to follow to secure a home improvement loan up to $7,500.00 for a period not to exceed 5 years.

• Provide the credit union with written estimates of the improvements costs.
• Show proof of ownership by furnishing the credit union a copy of your deed of trust.
• Show proof of insurance.
• Provide the credit union with purchase invoice for materials and proof of payment for labor costs.
